  1. Click "library account" either on the vertical side navigation menu

  2. Enter your library card number and PIN/password. (How do I get a PIN/password?)
  3. If you have items checked out, they will display on the right side of the screen.

  4. To renew all itmes:
    1. Click "renew all" button to renew all items.

  5. To renew one or just a few of the items:
    1. Find the RENEW column

    2. click in the checkbox next to the title(s) you want to renew

    3. click "renew marked" button

  6. Check the status column to be sure the items were renewed.

    1. Successful renewals give a "RENEWED Now due" message with the new due date.

    2. Some items are NOT eligible for renewal. If renewal fails you will see the message "Not all items were renewed. See details below in STATUS column." at the top of the screen.

    3. If the renewal fails due to the item being on hold you receive an "ON HOLD FOR ANOTHER CUSTOMER" error message.

    4. If the renewal fails because you have already renewed the item the maximum number of times you receive a "TOO MANY RENEWALS" error message.

  7. Don't forget to log out when you are through.
